Returns

At Shaw’s Boutique online, we hope you are satisfied with your order. However, if you are unhappy and wish to return your item/s, please contact us via email at shawsboutique44@gmail.com. 

We are happy to issue a refund, exchange or gift voucher for purchases that have been made online.
** Please be aware that purchases made in store are eligible for an exchange or gift voucher only. 

Please note, you have 14 days from the date received to arrange your return with us.

Items must be returned in the original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) and with tags attached. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on earrings or swimwear.

ONLINE RETURNS (via post)

When returning an item purchased online, we recommend using Royal Mail’s signed for service- this way you will receive a tracking number and have proof of delivery once it reaches us. Please note- returned orders are your responsibility until they reach us.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to change for a different style or size, please contact us via email shawsboutique44@gmail.com and we will do our best to fulfil your request. 

We aim to get your exchange completed for you as soon as possible so please allow 2/3 days before this is processed.

ONLINE RETURNS (in store).

Online orders can be returned in store. Just pop in (within 14 days of receiving your items) and we will fulfil your request. All refunds for online purchases must be processed online and not in store.
